A couple of important points

Many people do not realise that poor posture itself can overstimulate our nervous systems towards the flight/fight response. Over time the higher centres of the brain may become desensitized to a pervasive background level of stress. We can be unaware of this and can forget what it feels like to be ‘normally’ relaxed. Indeed we can become inexplicably exhausted.

As Osteopath’s we aim to treat both the immediate and long term problems in your body. In this way we can set you up for a healthier and more comfortable future. And it doesn’t have to take very long.
